What is a Webinar?

A webinar (short for web-based seminar) is a presentation, lecture, workshop or seminar that is transmitted over the web.  A key webinar feature is the interactive elements – the ability to give, receive and discuss information in real time.  Webinars have both a web and an audio portion.

Participation in this webinar is free and open to all PCIA Partners. If you are not yet a Partner, please join now at www.PCIAonline.org/BecomeAPartner.

For the web portion of the webinar, a high-speed internet connection is required. A dedicated phone line is also required to call into the audio portion of the webinar. Additional log in and call in information will be provided upon registration.

Upcoming Webinars

Stay tuned for information about future webinars in this PCIA stove testing series, as well as a new series with the Gold Standard Foundation coming this fall.

    1. Dear Nienhuys,
I’m very sorry for the difficulties you had in connecting to the webinar. Since it was not operated by The Charcoal Project, I can only suggest you contact the organizers of the event: the Partnership for Clean Indoor Air, or PCIA. You can visit their website at pciaonline.org. You may also find useful links on the Global Alliance for Clean Cookstove site at cleancookstoves.org .
      Best regards,
      Kim
