Br\u00e9sil.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Rog\u00e9rio a consacr\u00e9 pr\u00e8s de 30 ans de sa vie professionnelle au bois-\u00e9nergie, de la ma\u00eetrise du d\u00e9veloppement, de la production et de la commercialisation des \u00e9co-foyers (po\u00eales \u00e0 bois am\u00e9lior\u00e9s) en Am\u00e9rique latine, \u00e0 la promotion des associations de remplacement des for\u00eats aupr\u00e8s des petites entreprises consommatrices de bois de feu en Am\u00e9rique centrale, et au soutien \u00e0 la modernisation de la production de charbon de bois au Nicaragua et au Br\u00e9sil.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Au fil des ans, il a travaill\u00e9 comme responsable d&#039;ONG avec PROLE\u00d1A en Am\u00e9rique centrale et au Br\u00e9sil, comme sp\u00e9cialiste de l&#039;\u00e9nergie de la biomasse pour la Banque mondiale et Winrock International \u00e0 Washington DC, comme consultant international sur l&#039;\u00e9nergie du bois pour la Banque mondiale et la Banque interam\u00e9ricaine de d\u00e9veloppement, et derni\u00e8rement en tant qu&#039;entrepreneur avec sa soci\u00e9t\u00e9 ecostove au Br\u00e9sil, Ecofogao.com. Rog\u00e9rio a \u00e9galement travaill\u00e9 dans certains pays africains comme l&#039;\u00c9thiopie et Madagascar.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Il a un r\u00e9el int\u00e9r\u00eat pour le d\u00e9veloppement rural, en particulier sur les foyers \u00e9cologiques pour les m\u00e9nages et les petites entreprises, les efforts de reboisement des consommateurs de bois de feu et l&#039;efficacit\u00e9 \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique des petites industries consommatrices de bois telles que les briques, la chaux et le charbon de bois. Pour cela, il a cr\u00e9\u00e9 l&#039;ONG Prole\u00f1a qui a \u00e9t\u00e9 sa premi\u00e8re initiative pour s&#039;attaquer aux probl\u00e8mes du secteur de l&#039;\u00e9nergie du bois.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Rog\u00e9rio a notamment re\u00e7u des r\u00e9compenses et des distinctions en raison du d\u00e9veloppement de l&#039;ecostove, comme le Ashen Award en 2003 au Royaume-Uni, le Home Planet en 2004 et les prix Hugo Werneck en 2010, tous deux au Br\u00e9sil, ainsi qu&#039;une reconnaissance par l&#039;USAID en 2006 .\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Rog\u00e9rio apporte au conseil ses connaissances et sa passion pour le d\u00e9veloppement \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique rural, ainsi que son exp\u00e9rience avec les ONG, les agences de d\u00e9veloppement international et les entrepreneurs.
